1. (10 pts) Retrieve the elevation data matrix from assignment 6. Make a surface and contour plot of this matrix. Using interp2 and all five interpolation techniques ('linear, 'nearest', 'cubic', 'makima' and 'spline), create new data sets but with five times the density of points, plot surface and contour plots for each of them. For each technique, note any changes in the number of peaks from the original data by examining the contour plots (closed contours indicate peaks)
