This is the question about excel. I need to filter only 0 value within multiple columns and rows

Below is the example. As you can see those highlighted are the one I have to show to use filter option. I know I can use filter and change one by one of columns to set 0 value. However, I have date with more than 30-40 columns and 100+ rows. Is there way to filter when entire row is 0? And show only single row is 0?
