This lab assignment has you controlling the LED Bar Graph with the serial monitor of your computer.

The user is to enter in an integer from $0$ to $100.$ The bar graph should have the number of bars lit as the number

entered divided by $10.$ Fractional numbers will indicate how brightly lit the last LED is lit. For example, if the user

enters in $25,$ then the first two LEDs should be fully lit, while the third

one is only half as bright.

Include code that checks the value entered. If the user enters a number that is not in that range, then an error

message should be displayed on the serial monitor and the user should be prompted to enter another number.

Include the schematic for the circuit that is created as well as the code that is run in the formal lab report.
