This lab will begin a database project for a company named ProRsums. ProRsums is a rsum service for the IT industry. The database will track employers, customers and their references. It will contain tables that represent specific portions of the customer's rsum such as software and hardware skills and employment positions. The database will contain tables that track specific positions, hardware and software. The database will also track interviews for customers, including such information as the interview date, the employer involved and whether the candidate was hired.

1. Create a mission statement for the ProRsums enterprise.

2. Based on the information discussed in this lesson concerning database requirements documents, determine the possible requirements of the ProRsums database. Focus on the types of data and data transactions that will be needed. Most important, document the data and data transactions that you think the ProRsums database will need.

3. After informally documenting the information, create a requirements document based on the data and data transaction needs that you outlined.
