This M3 Assignment includes two tasks:

1. Task A3-1 is your CSAT Tool. Please use the provided template and follow the instructions. Additional directions are provided in the Workbook.
2. Task A3-2 is a brief learning essay on self-assessment. It should be done in the same template.

The essay is essentially a report where you describe the process of self-assessment and explain how you identified your Critical Skills Area, then the subarea and the elements of competency.

• How you identified the benchmarks (standards, best practices) in performing those elements of competency.
• How you selected self-assessment methods and techniques that you utilized to measure your mastery in performing the elements of competency against the benchmark.
• It's a good idea to provide your thoughts on the results and the process of self-assessment.
• You may also reflect on suggested readings and discuss theoretical and practical issues related to self-assessment.
• The expected length of the essay is 1-2 pages.
