At the beginning, and not part of the loop, 2 values are entered for N/S green time and W/E time Time in this program is the number of loops the software must make. A light turning yellow is 3 loop times.

And the N/S left turn time is 1/3 of the user provided N/S green time. This program is subject to creeping featurism. It is easy to run out of space. Keep focused. Ask questions.
