This needs to be turn in into a "Network Diagram"

Once you have received the notice to proceed (milestone activity 0), begin to mobilize/site layout (5) and begin the submittals and approvals (40) process. Once you are mobilized, begin the excavation (10), which will be followed by the site utility runs (15). After the submittals are approved you can order/deliver long lead materials (40), and begin to review coordination drawings (40). The footings (10) will start 2 days after the excavation starts and will precede the foundation walls (25). The under slab rough-ins (13) will start 10 days after the foundation walls start. The slab- on-grade (5) will follow both the under slab rough-ins and the foundation walls. The erect structural steel (20) will follow the slab-on-grade, order/deliver long lead materials, and begin/review coordination drawings. This will include all decking and misc. steel. When the structural steel has been erected, place the elevated slab (2) for the mezzanine level. Once the elevated slab is cured set the metal pan stairs (3). After the S.O.G. is complete and the structural steel has started wait 8 days before placing the 1st floor exterior studs (5). When the metal pan stairs are complete you can start your 10 load bearing masonry (8), precast exterior panels (10), and corrugated metal panels (8). After the slab has cured and the site utility run is complete, you must insulate the slab (2) followed by the spray on waterproofing (2), before you back fill (2). The 2nd floor exterior studs (2) on the mezzanine will follow the elevated slab. You can start the 1st floor interior studs (12) after the 1st floor exterior studs are complete. When the corrugated metal panels, precast panels, and 10 masonry load bearing masonry are complete the roof (15) can follow. The 1st floor rough-ins (27) & Exterior Doors (5) can start four days after the first floor interior studs start. The 1st floor drywall (12) will follow the rough-ins, exterior doors & 1st floor interior studs. The 2nd floor interior studs (5) will start 5 days after the 2nd floor exterior studs. When the roof is complete you can start the elevator installation (20) and the skylights (5). The brick masonry (12) on the 2-story building can begin as soon as the roof and backfilling are complete. After the masonry the window wall system (8) on that same section can begin. When the window wall is complete the exterior trim, painting and finishes (20) can begin. After the backfill is completed the storm retention (5) will start followed by the site improvements (35). The 2nd floor rough-ins (8) will start 4 days after the 2nd floor interior studs start. The 2nd floor drywall (8) will follow the 2nd floor rough-ins, 2nd floor interior studs, 2nd floor exterior studs, and the 1st floor drywall. The 1st floor prime coat (5) will follow the first floor drywall. When complete on the 1st floor prime coat & 2nd floor drywall, the painters will move up and complete the 2nd floor prime coat (3). The 1st floor ceiling grids ,doors/hardware, and casework (8) will follow the first floor prime coat. The Interior Trim (10) will follow the ceiling grids, doors/hardware, and casework & 2nd floor primecoat. When that is complete the finish paint (10) can begin for both 1st & 2nd floors. When the finish paint is complete the specialty interior activities can begin. They are as follows: The Lockers (5), dividing curtains (3), kitchen installs (5), cushion wood flooring (8), and sport court flooring (10) will all begin at the same time. The rollup bleachers (5) will start the same time as the two flooring activities but with a 5 day (SS) lag. Once the flooring and rollup bleachers are complete the custom railing (5) can be installed. The, finish plumbing (10), finish electric (8) and finish HVAC (8) for the entire building will follow the kitchen installs. The Punchlist (5) will follow site improvements, exterior trim; finish MEP's, lockers, dividing curtains, custom railing, skylights and elevator. Project management (hammock activity) will start when the notice to proceed starts and finish when the Punchlist finishes. Punchlist is the last activity of the project
