This paper will be be at least 2 pages in length and follow current Turabian format. First person is appropriate for this assignment. Course readings and assignments should be referenced throughout the paper, but full Turabian references may not be necessary unless you are directly quoting or summarizing the source. Some questions you will need to answer as you complete your paper include: How has your learning this term influenced how you will continue your own personal growth process? What actions or changes are you going to make in your life as a result of your learning? Consider your relationships and pertinent stages of cultural transition in your answers. There are two parts to this paper. 1. In part one, using at least one paragraph and approximately 1 page, summarize the main lessons you learned throughout the course. Consider your video lectures, course readings, and assignments (spiritual disciplines, PRO-D, marketplace vs. mission board, culture adjustment and language learning, relationships, etc.) You will want to interact with at least 2 or 3 of the course lessons or assignments here. 2. In part two, using at least one paragraph and approximately 1 page, articulate a strategy for advancing your next steps in global engagement. Be very specific as you develop your next steps, and be sure to include specific actionable items that you intend to take. This essay is more reflective and thus more informal in nature. Therefore, you are not required to do any research, but you must draw upon the course texts and include a bibliography if you cite them within your paper. Your grade for the paper depends on the quality and thoroughness of your response.
