This passage below require analysis and breakdown
If placed in a continuous improvement manger role I would be aware of the main responsibility to take care of the full process and make improvements in a timely and effective manner because the process of the company is important as technology and trends change over time therefore so will the need for the process of the company to change to remain effective and essential during each year to come. There are two methodologies that could be used by continuous improved managers to help them make practical solutions when dealing with practical problems. At my current company we use the LEAN and Six Sigma methodology. These methodologies are often used together to analyze the entire process and find out what the root problem is. Once the issue is located then the entire process needs to be documented so that there can be a better understanding of the steps needed to make improvement. Next is the process of implementation in which is when the improvements that were created in the documentation step are pushed into effect. Following is the correction action step which requires the process to be checked again to make sure no more improvements need to be made and that the process is working efficiently. The final step is the score which involves the continuous use of process of improvement by keeping track and analyzing the daily activity as fa as input and output to determine if additional tools or processes need to be implemented in the future.
