access the roads. Let the maximum speed on a given road be $50$ mph$.$ If the length of the

road is $5$ miles, and Alice reserves it at time $=0$s$,$ what is the earliest time in seconds when

the road can be released for Bob assuming Alice only wants to travel the length of the road

once? Next use the same idea to determine how long it will take to transfer $100$ MB over

the links with the following transmission rates: $($i$)1$ Mbps $($ii$)10$ Mbps $($iii$)100$ Mbps and

$($iv$)1$ Gbps$.$ Note that $1$ B $=8$ bits, mega $=106$ and giga $=109.$
