This problem considers the decision-making process or approach in your own team or business.

a. Use the Decision Diagnostic discussed in the Decision-Making lecture slides to assess 3 decisions your team or organization has made recently. Respond to the questions. You may want to create a table for your responses which includes the 3 decisions you will be assessing to allow you to compare the responses among them.

b. Based on the Decision Diagnostic, what is your assessment of your team/organizations decision-making process or approach? Like part a) above, you might consider strengths and weaknesses or use material in the reading that discusses different approaches.

c. The article, Who Has the D, (noted on our reading list) describes a decision-making approach called the RAPID Decision Model. What You Dont Know About Making Decisions also describes decision-making approaches. Create a decision-making model or process that you believe will be most effective for your team. If this pertains to a specific set of decisions, be sure to identify that.
