This program will store phone numbers of friends

Create a dictionary with names as keys and phone numbers as values, store the dictionary in a variable phone

You should be able to see if the name exists in the dictionary with the in keyword

If the name is in the dictionary, the program will display a phone number associated with the persons name

If not, the program will ask you to add a phone number for this person
