This project can be completed in a workplace or as a simulation or series of role plays developed by the assessor. Prepare a learning plan portfolio for a team of employees. Include any relevant research in compliance with the organisation's policies and procedures. Along with your learning plan, provide the following information:

proof of relevant data collection that was used to determine the employees' training needs.

an explanation of how you came to identify the goal of the learning plan.

describe methods for the facilitation of training and why they were chosen.

describe how time and resources could be managed in regards to the learning plan.

list ways in which employees can self-evaluate their performance in regards to the training.

include time guidelines, eg, learners should complete this section in 12 weeks.

describe the methods chosen for monitoring progress and assessments/ evaluations.

describe how and when you would give and receive feedback.

plans for outcome documentation.

describe how you would identify future learning needs once training is complete.
