This project entails presenting a case study on Amazon. At the beginning of the semester, you will be assigned a partner to work on this project.

The presentation should include:

1. Analysis Amazon using Porter's Five Forces framework
2. An overview of a major managerial problem you have identified with Amazon. Your problem should not be a marketing problem (lack of market share, product diversification, low sales). A managerial problem has to do with internal systems, organizational dynamics, etc.
3. Fivepossible solutions to this problem. Foreachproblem solution, identify both a textbook concept and one academic scholarly peer reviewed article (from EPSCOhost) that justifies each chosen solution
4. An in-depth analysis of only one of these solutions, wherein you describe the resources (human, financial, technological) that you would need to pursue the chosen solution
5. A four-step control process for the solution that you have chosen
6. A one-slide conclusion at the end that includes a one paragraph summary of the problem, your possible solutions, the solution you chose with justifications, and the four-step control process
