This project for bonus marks must be done as an individual NO groups! You are part of a company that was recently assembled by buying companies in Japan, India, Germany, Canada, and Brazil. You have to turn five different companies with at least five different cultures into one business, and relatively quickly. Research the cultures (if you don't know them) and then develop a strategy to make one organization out of five. Present your approach using PowerPoint slides, as though you were presenting your approach in a management meeting. 8-12 slides would be about the right size.
