Identify any organization in any country of your choice and evaluate how that particular organization manage its customer satisfaction, including its workers (employees) (refer to chapter 4).

Identify and assess the significance of these organizational strategies (both formal and informal) and evaluate their contribution to organizational objectives? Based on your literature review, discuss what do you think would have been the best strategy and what you may recommend, if any or some creative or innovative strategies that will be effective in that organization? Justify your argument with logical reasonings and must be backed up with literature.
