This question involves analyzing data from the Speeding Experiment dataset. In this experiment, subjects were randomly assigned to one of two enforcement conditions as specified in the variable "enforcement_cond" in which they were told (1) they heard that due to budget cuts speeding enforcement was reduced which is coded as "Reduced enforcement" or (2) they heard that a new governor was fulfilling a campaign promise to increase enforcement which is coded as "Increased enforcement." Respondents were asked a number of background questions including the frequency that they speed (speedfreq), their average speed on a 70mph highway (avgspeed), number of speeding tickets in the last 5 years (psttickets), frequency of texting while driving (texting), number of traffic accidents (accidents), and an index of Impulsiveness (impulsive)
