Question: This question is simply about the Linear Models, consider pairs (Xi, Yi) for i = 1,....6 for which we will construct a linear model yi

This question is simply about the Linear Models, consider pairs (Xi, Yi) for i = 1,....6 for which we will construct a linear model yi = mui + ri. In vector terms, we will have y = mu + r with mui being expressed as a function of xi and in vector-matrix form as mu = X*beta. For following cases, write down the content of Matrix X and parameter vector beta.

(a) The first two observations have one mean, the last four another.

(b) ...

(c) ...

(d) ...

(b)(c)(d) see attachment.

Im so confused about what I should write down for matrix X and parameter beta. Could someone send me the solutions of these four cases (better in matrix form)?
