This question requires knowledge on statistics and excel graphing.
Question:
We're really interested in you putting together a chart around waiting time customers are experiencing (i.e., queuing time). We're looking to you to help summarise the distribution of times reflecting how long a customer will have to wait to be served. Specifically, can you put together a bar graph that reports the percentage of people experiencing various waiting times. Please consider that we used a sample this year of 350 customer service experiences and next year we may want to compare this to a different size sample in the future or to break this down at a later stage (not now!) in terms of relative experiences on the weekend or weekday.
We would also like to consider waiting times in terms of saying something like "X% percentage of people have waited 5 minutes or less" - so you can overlay that information on the same chart too please (say using a second series line graph on a secondary axis)?
What I Know: (x-axis) and (y-axis) is wait time in minutes and number of people (as percentage). The second series line graph is the probability. Just don't know how to do.
