This Quistion is from my LAW200 course. Please help me to solve this case.
Hillary ordered 20 boxes and Michael ordered 75 boxes of frozen chickens from MEATatarian Ltd, whereby the seller agreed to transport the goods by rail. Altogether, MEATatarian placed 230 boxes of frozen chickens inside one of the carriages of the train and handed over a manifest (containing the names of the 25 customers who ordered frozen chickens) to the manager on board. The seller said that all of the frozen chickens are of the same quality and weight and showed the manager which boxes of chickens should be delivered to which customer. All customers have paid MEATatarian for the chickens. Once the train began its journey, MEATatarian called the buyers and informed them that their products were placed aboard the train. Unfortunately, there was a gross delay in transit and, by the time the goods arrived at the destination, they deteriorated. Every customer wants to repudiate the contract. Can the customers repudiate the contract? If so, why? If not, why not?
