Consider the following very complex projects:

• The construction of a new elementary school in a busy urban center
• The renovation of a historic church
• The cleanup of a toxic waste site

Choose one of these projects and perform the following tasks:

• List who you think would be your main stakeholders for the project you selected and list what you think their requirements would be.
• Develop a clearly defined scope statement of your project, based on the stakeholders requirements.
• Identify the activities you believe would be necessary to complete the project and their sequence [predecessor].
• Use your activity list to develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) for your project, indicating the major milestones.
