Please review your project: What you learned One criticism (or flaw) in a component of the project (not formatting or grammar) and what you would suggest to correct the criticism or flaw. What you will learn from this exercise is that no plan is perfect and as the planner your objectivity is limited because you are a part of the process. Therefore it's important that we get new eyes on any plan before implementing it. It's far better to learn of a missing element or a flaw before you implement a VOC plan than when it might be too late to correct the problem. Most problems can be correct mid-stream but mitigating a problem will also mitigate the costs associated with correcting the
