This week, we are going to consider how observation research might help gather information for a specific research question with public policy implications: how many people do not wash their hands after using a public restroom? If you think observation is a useful method for this question, explain how you would use observation to gather relevant data. If you do NOT think observation is useful, suggest a different method that's better.
