This week, we learned about identifying potential projects, selecting which ones to take on as official projects, and then prioritizing which of them to work on first. We also talked about using charters to begin projects and how to use proposals to work with outside contractors. Reflect on your readings and practice to answer the prompt below.

Think about a project you have been involved with, whether personally or professionally, and no matter how large or small. In your own words, and using terms and concepts from the lecture, explain how the project was identified, selected, and/or prioritized. Select two of the three phases to discuss if you do not have personal experience with a project, research online, and find an example to share with the class. Include what you would have done differently in any/all of the phases.
