This week, we learned about project tasks and milestones. Last week in Module 1, you selected a fictitious (or actual) project idea to use for course assignments. For this discussion, consider your selected project. First, discuss project tasks: Define what we mean by a project task. Provide an example of two (2) tasks that would need to be completed as part of your selected project. How long should it take to complete each of those tasks? Do these tasks in your project need to occur in a certain order? Next, discuss project milestones: Define what we mean by a project milestone. Provide an example of a few milestones that would be achieved as part of your selected project. Finally, discuss project resources: What types of resources are needed to complete the project?
