This week's discussion board will revolve around your strategic plan/process for new and existing employees. This should be faily simple and enlightening as some of your assignments brought up many different approaches to the onboarding process. I would like you to take what you did in your assignment, Welcome to the Team, and highlight your ideas to share with your peers. I don't want you to post your original papers or Power Points,only list your ideas. For example, you can list them in bullet points and then I would like you to pick 2 or 3 of your approaches and explain your reasoning for choosing them.
