1. Through code create a sequential data file called input.txt
2. Fill it with words whose maximum length is 30 characters until Ctrl-Z pressed then close the file
3. Open the file input.txt and:
   • Count the number of words in the file and display it on the screen. Implement all the necessary error check to earn full grades.
   • Read the file again and find the shortest word in the file. If there is a tie, report the shortest word that occurs first
   • Open a random access file (binary file) called short.txt and write to the file: the shortest word and its length.
