Through my field experience in this program, I observed multiple situations where the strategies hindered or helped students. A strategy that helps students in small groups, specifically for kindergarten. When I observed, it was helpful for students to work together in small groups and rotate after 20 minutes in that station. Small groups increase student engagement and peer collaboration, allowing the teacher to receive immediate feedback (Tongerson,2023).
