Throughout this course, your group will create a comprehensive, three-year strategic plan for a fictitious organization. The group will first assess the organization based on the following criteria: How change is managed and issues related to organizational politics. The effectiveness of listening, recruiting, integrity, and teamwork and how theyimpact onboarding and talent management. The impact of cultural differences in the organization and how they arecelebrated or could be celebrated. The connection between global leadership, teamwork, and collaboration. The alignment between human resources, social responsibility, andentrepreneurship. Each group will assess the strengths and weaknesses of their assigned fictitious organization. Based on the assessment, the group will develop a three-year plan to address identified areas of weaknesses. Each of the required criteria should include a minimum of three goals. Clear objectives should be associated with the goals. Goals should include a timeline for completion as well as a designation of who in the organization is responsible for each. The plan should include a justification of how the goal will address the area of weakness. The groups will be required to include evaluation methods including any metrics that they will use to evaluate the effectiveness/success of the goals. There is no specific order to areas of focus, but you must submit as a group one area of focus in Weeks 2, 4, and 6. In Week 7, the team will submit the finalized Strategic Plan and a 3-4 page executive summary of your strategic plan. In Week 8 you will submit an individual video presentation concentrating on your personal and professional growth course throughout this course and share it on the discussion board.
Your group should make any changes to finalize your strategic plan based on the feedback you have been provided throughout the course. As a group, you will compose an Executive Summary of the finalized strategic plan. Your group should use and cite resources to support the approach taken and justify the approach. The following elements must be addressed: Overview of the strategic plan. Change Management/Organizational Politics. Talent Management and Teamwork. Cultural Appreciation. Global Leadership and Collaboration. Social Responsibility and Entrepreneurship. Conclusion. Requirements: Submit the Executive Summary in a Word document in APA format. The summary should be 3-4 pages in length pages, excluding the Title and Reference page(s). At least 3 scholarly resources and/or sources found in the resources area of the course are required.
