Timmy gets pulled over for careless and imprudent driving one evening and as the officer approaches the vehicle the sent of marijuana is detected. He has Timmy get out of the vehicle and identities a marijuana joint' in the open ashtray still burning. Timmy is placed under arrest for possession and taken to the department for questioning. Timmy's mommy gets wind of his arrest and hires the best attorney in town. Counsel goes to the police department and informs the officers that Timmy has representation and to stop questioning his client. About 30 minutes later the officers stop questioning Timmy after he confesses to being in possession of the joint and discloses where be buys it.
