TITLE: Designing A Comparator using Hardware Description language $($WinCUPL$)$

$1.$ OBJECTIVE :

The purpose of this experiment is to Design a Comparator using WinCupl. The student should able to operate, write and simulate a program and should able to test in Development Test Board.

$2.$ PROBLEM STATEMENT:

$1.$ Design a digital logic circuit that will detect whether the received number $(010$ to $1510)$ is greater than $710$ or less than $710$ or equal to $710.$
