Task Instructions

You are required to review the Staff Audit Results document $($Please refer to Simulated Scenario$)$ to understand the current diversity data on the workforce. Then complete each of the following tasks using the Workplace Diversity Report Template:

Under the Workforce Demographics Analysis heading, you are to provide a detailed analysis of the demographics of the current workforce employees, including:

the age range of the employees including what the average age of the employees is

the gender ratio of male vs female

the ethnicity breakdown of the employees

a breakdown of the education level of the employees.

In your analysis, you should provide both visual analyses using tables and charts, and textual summary analysis for better readability.

Under the Benefits of Workplace Diversity heading, you are to specify at least five $(5)$ diversity benefits to CBSA based on your analysis.

Under the Legislation and Workplace Policies Relevant to Diversity heading you are to:

list the federal and state legislation that is relevant to CBSA in regard to diversity and equal opportunity

Under the Barriers and Opportunities to Workplace Diversity heading, you are to:

list at least three $(3)$ potential barriers to workforce diversity

list at least three $(3)$ workforce diversity opportunities that CBSA can employ.
