$$To completely understand supply chain activities in a process, the Supply$-$Chain Operations Reference $($SCOR$)$ model must be examined. The SCOR model was developed by the Supply Chain Council which is an international non$-$profit organisation. The model provides a standardised description and explanation of the processes, relationships and metrics that define supply chain$($Delipinar and Kocaoglu, $2016).$ Factoring the above, critically analyse the five broad areas of supply chain management as per the Supply$-$Chain Operations Reference $($SCOR$)$ model.
