To continue with your final draft, I would like you to add additional information based on this weeks topics. Remember, your final project will be a culmination of everything we have covered. It will be a strategic plan/process from start to finish based on the various components of HR. You will use what you have read, your experiences, feed back from your discussion boards, etc. Be creative! You are in charge of your HR department and you are creating a process to encompasses all you have learned and what you are looking for, for your organization. You will only be required to include the additional information for Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits for this week. If you wish to add to the Power Point you already sent, that is fine or just send this piece. Just a reminder that your final project will be a PowerPoint presentation detailing the milestones from need of personnel (trends/analysis), job description (you will only need to have one but if want more - go for it - no more than three), recruiting, selection, staffing, retention, onboarding, staff development, performance reviews, rewards and compensation.
