1) Leader of your choosing: Dr. Benjamin Carson (politician and surgeon) and should include a short biographical sketch about the person. Should include education/experience background, company or organization, why you chose them, do you consider them a good or bad leader, etc.

2) To support your argument, you will need to address major leadership topics (cultural intellegence, teamwork, creativeness, stratigizing, setting goals, organizational culture, networking, leadership traits, etc.), and how your person of interest was deficient in these areas or excelled in these areas. This should also cover how(if) the person was able to demonstrate them effectively. Ylur answer should include your opinion of the person (as a leader) and how you feel that the person could improve their leadership skills.

3) Takeaways/Conclusion - you should describe how you can take examples from your person and transfer those lessons to your own personal leadership situation and address any specific areas which you feel you could improve upon or not replicate, etc.
