When preparing the Quality Management Plan, you must include four (4) deliverables (jobs/tasks) that you may need to monitor quality. For each deliverable, you must provide: Quality criteria - what are the standards that need to be met, quality, compliance etc. Explain it clearly Inspection method - how will you monitor quality, what tools will you use Frequency - how often will you need to check each deliverable to ensure quality and compliance Responsibility - who is responsible for monitoring quality of each deliverable You must use the Quality Management Plan template provided for this task
