By doing so, disputants will be able to create a win-win situation. Furthermore, conflict resolution (2022) suggests disputants should continue to reach common ground during the conflict resolution process to promote goodwill for the rest of the interaction. Therefore, leaders need to act as mediators and encourage this source of mutual purpose because it will show that they are committed to helping disputants resolve their issues during the conflict.
