To help you determine which training techniques are most appropriate for achieving particular objectives, you will develop objectives and recommend the most appropriate training technique for each of the following jobs. You will also recommend the most appropriate method to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program.

The first step in this process is to identify key tasks and duties related to each job. Then formulate training objectives that would enable someone in that job to perform the required tasks with the most effective training technique to achieve this objective. Finally, recommend an evaluation method to determine if the training program has achieved desired performance results.
