Read the information in the web links below, in Chapter $16$ and Chapter $18,$ and in the Weekly Materials for Week $6.$ This mind mapping assignment is designed to help you learn about the different Quality Standards and Certifications that are used to measure quality control in different areas of a business. Quality control is a key area for factors that lead a business to long$-$term success such as reputation, employee loyalty and customer satisfaction. Be sure to research all the categories listed below. Part $2$ Mind Map Analysis, you will be summarizing the research conducted in developing the Mind Map. You will submit the mind map and the analysis as either two files or you can embed the mind map into a word document and include the mind map analysis. Part $1$ Mind Map: At the center of your Map: Quality Standards and Certifications $($these can be together or separate at the center$).$ The first branch level should include a minimum of six key terms for each standard and certification. If you have difficulty downloading it from the software programs, you can submit a screenshot of your Map, or submit it as a photo $($jpeg or pdf file$).$ Part $2$ Mind Map Analysis $-$ write a research paper to include the following: Explain the structure of your Mind Map and how the branches correlate to the relationship between the concepts listed above. Discuss the importance of quality control in business. Discuss how these quality standards have impacted organizational performance. Support your content with cited sources and references in APA format. See the Rubric for grading standards. The submission should be an APA formatted paper to include a title page, introduction, body covering the bullet points listed above, a conclusion, and appropriate references.
