Quality control is a key area for factors that lead a business to long-term success such as reputation, employee loyalty and customer satisfaction. - At the center of your Map: Quality Standards and Certifications (these can be together or separate at the center). The first branch level should include a minimum of six key terms for each standard and certification. Map out to 3-4 additional branches to demonstrate an understanding of standards or certification requirements, application, and any special criteria.
