To resize a note, you:

Click Resize button and then drag a border of the note until it is the desired size.

Click the sizing handle on the lower left$-$hand corner of the note and drag inwards or outwards until it is the desired size.

Click on icon on the top left of the note, click "Resize" and then drag the note until it is the desired size

Click the sizing handle on the lower right$-$hand corner of the note and drag inwards or outwards until it is the desired size.
