What does your team think is causing the prabiems?

they change the tool set up to 'run their experiments' but newer change them tack$-$if they don't break mem

they are causing the down time doing things that haven't been done $-$ it's risky and it culs into our marufacturing time

when they re done "running their experiments or as we say "breaking the loels" we get blamed for the repair costs

we wan't be able to meet cur production geals if we have ta kecp sharing the tools with the Red team

the manufacturing technicians dan't reaize that we are strying to develop new products

they don't understand that without us$,$ we won't have new proctucts la sall

they are only werried about hitting their numbers

they dont appreciate that wa have to meet our goals for future revenue $-$ and keep our joba
