Main Question:

Effective communication. Identify and closely follow a case which compelled you communicate to your (boss, subordinate, peer, client/ customer, or even your parents) and present the purpose (explicit or implicit) of the communication and its detailed process, including the choice of communication media. Illustrate how effective your communication is. Make sure to report the case (communication process and outcomes) in detail, so that we can properly analyze and learn from the context and the process. Discussion question 1) what are two occasions with two different purposes you had when you decided to communicate with your boss? Would you adopt different communication strategies in terms of location, media, timing, and so on. 2) what are two occasions with two different purposes you had when you decided to communicate with your subordinates/ or peers? What were causes of the error and how would you prevent it from happening again in the future? 4) how would you communicate differently to your prospective clients as compared to your close friend?
