Topic: Find a Solution for a Product Delivery Schedule Problem Problem Scenario: You are the Sales Manager (SM) at Brady's Tools, Inc. (BTI), a manufacturer of tool parts with a good reputation for product quality. The General Manager (GM) of BTI, Jim Carter (JC) is the production manager (PM) who also acts as the production scheduler. Lately, the sales volume of BTI products has been maintained at a high level.
