Find a Solution for a Product Delivery Schedule Problem Problem Scenario: You are the Sales Manager (SM) at Bradys Tools, Inc. (BTI), a manufacturer of tool parts with a good reputation for product quality. The General Manager (GM) of BTI, Jim Carter (JC) is the production manager (PM) who also acts as the production scheduler.
