Topic Organisations today face a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Forces of change can be rapid and turbulent and require organisations to adapt to a change or die' mode of operation (Robbins, 2013). South Africanorganisations have been exposed to two massive forces of change recently. The first force pertains to the implementation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution within organisations (4IR), and the second to the current worldwide force of change which is the COVID-19 pandemic. Both these forces have imposed enormous stress upon South African organisations. Question 3 Which types of leadership do you think would be best suited in order to manage the change as represented by IR and COVID-19. In this regard, when considering the most appropriate leadership styles, you need to consider: Whether change implementation requires rapid implementation or whether the change implementation will allow for a slower more incremental implementation, and Based on this, how much or how little support, direction and/or participation would employees need In answering this question do not simply describe the various leadership theories - you need to argue which types of leadership would be best suited to the contingencies of the current 4IR and COVID-19 situations (40 marks)
