*Task* Formulate any project plan planning fir the construction of a Sport Centre(including a soccer field and a clubhouse) in your area. List at least 10 steps/ activities to complete the project. Also list and assign an alphabetic symbol for each activity and the immediate predecessors for each activity.

Assume duration for each activity as well as Optimistic, Most likely and Pessimistic times for each activity. Ensure that atleast three activities have multiple immediate predecessors and at least one must have 3 immediate predecessors.

*Then from the data you have created complete the following* : 1. Construct a network for the project 2. determine the expected time and variance for each activity. 3. determine EF, ES, LS LF and slack tine for each activity. 4. Determine the critical path and the project completion time. 5. determine the probability that the project will be completed 10% earlier than the project completion time. 6. determine the probability that the project will take longer than 5days later of the project completion time.
