Formulate any project plan planning for the construction of a Sport Club(including a soccer field and a clubhouse) in your area.

this is the part i am requesting which says: List and assign alphabetic symbols for each activity and the immediate predecessors for each activity. the answer provided shows the alphabets assigned to the activities but the activities are not listed in words which makes it hard to understand the question. e.g for A - building foundation, For B- building 1cm wall.

the question continues and ask to: Assume duration for each activity as well as Optimistic, Most Likely and Pessimistic times for each activity. Ensure that at least three activities have multiple predecessors and at least one must have 3 immediate predecessors.

Construct a network for the project 2. determine the expected time and variance for each activity 3. determine the EF, ES, LS, LF and slack time for each activity. 4. determine the critical path and the project completion time. 5. determine the probability that the project will be completed 10% earlier than the project completion time. 6. determine the probability that the project will take longer than 5days later of the project completion time.
