After completing extensive research on your selected social injustice topic, in this final assignment you will use that knowledge to propose an evidence-based, critically considered, feasible action plan to advocate for social change. Writing in the style of an argumentative essay, a brief review of the findings from previous assignments is expected. Be certain that you cite yourself if referring to content from your previous papers, as well as citing sources you refer to again. We will talk about this in class, if you have any questions or concerns.

Having become knowledgeable on the subject, how can you advocate for change? What past failures to right this social injustice can inform new efforts? What has worked in the past that can be revised? How can an advocacy campaign gain allies among the general population and among those in power? Demonstrate your knowledge of the problem, effectively apply a human rights framework, cogently argue for the adaptions of your advocacy strategy.

This three to four page paper should follow the style for an "argumentative essay". Consult the Purdue OWL website for details, if necessary. Your paper should conform to the APA 7^th edition formatting style and include a title page and reference list. The OWL will be helpful in answering questions about that, as well.
