Torts are defined as a wrongful act, that results in injury to another person or another person's property or reputation

There are different types of torts:

1. Intentional: as the name implies, is a wrongful, premeditated action that causes injury
2. Negligence: is unintentional failure to do what a reasonably careful person would do under the circumstances.
3. Strict liability: is incurred when a person commits a wrongful act that poses a high risk of harm to others but did not do so intentionally or out of negligence

Research/Read the case of Schloendorff v. Society of New York Hospital (1914). In what ways is this an "Intentional tort"? What are the facts in this case? What is your opinion on this case? How else can "intentional torts" occur in a healthcare institution? (Give examples)
